Baccarat is easy to pick up once you understand how hand values are calculated. Here is a quick guide for new players at alibaba88.
| Card | Value | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Ace (A) | 1 | Lowest value |
| 2 – 9 | Face Value | Example: 7 = 7 points |
| 10, J, Q, K | 0 | Zero-value cards |
| Total > 9 | Minus 10 | Example: 8+7=15 → 5 |
| Natural 8 or 9 | Winning Streak | No additional card |
The objective in Baccarat is to predict which side – Banker or Player – will end up with a card value closest to 9. This scoring system differs from other card games like blackjack, making Baccarat simpler and faster to play.
Each round begins with two cards dealt to both the Banker and the Player. Depending on the initial values, a third card may be drawn according to fixed rules — not at the player's discretion. This means your only decision is where to place your bet, with no complex card strategy involved.

Whether you're a first-time player or a seasoned one, getting started at alibaba88 is this straightforward.
If you've ever visited a physical casino at Genting Highlands or any resort in Malaysia, you've probably noticed just how crowded the Baccarat tables get. It's not just a trend – Baccarat has long been woven into Asia's gambling culture, and alibaba88 brings the exact same experience straight to your phone or computer.
What most players love about Baccarat is how straightforward it is. Unlike poker, which demands memorising lengthy strategies, or blackjack, where you're making multiple decisions every round, Baccarat only requires one choice — where do you want to bet? Banker, Player, or Tie. After that, everything follows pre-set rules. All you have to do is sit back, watch, and hope luck is on your side.
At alibaba88, there are over 12 Baccarat variants to choose from. The most popular is Classic Baccarat with standard rules, followed by Speed Baccarat which wraps up in just 27 seconds per round — ideal for players who prefer a faster pace. There's also No Commission Baccarat, which removes the 5% fee on Banker wins, making it an appealing option from a long-term strategy standpoint.
The Diamond VIP table at alibaba88 represents the pinnacle of online Baccarat. Bet limits of up to RM 50,000 per round, senior trained dealers, a more exclusive table atmosphere, and personalised service from dedicated hosts. It's no surprise that many of our Platinum and Diamond VIP members make Baccarat their game of choice.
On the technology side, alibaba88 has made significant investments in live streaming infrastructure. Every table is filmed from multiple camera angles, including close-up zoom shots of the cards, so you can clearly follow each move the dealer makes. Our streaming latency is among the lowest in the Malaysian industry — under 3 seconds — meaning you'll barely notice any delay between the dealer's actions and what appears on your screen.
When it comes to trust, alibaba88 operates with complete transparency. Every deck used in Baccarat rounds goes through a shuffling process overseen by an automated shuffle machine with no human interference, and all outcomes can be verified through independent third-party audits. Players can rest assured there is no manipulation — alibaba88 puts game integrity above everything else.
For new members looking to try Baccarat for the first time, alibaba88 offers beginner-friendly tables with bet limits as low as RM 5. This gives you the opportunity to get comfortable with the flow of the game, learn how to read the road map, and understand when to place your bets — all without worrying about losing large amounts. Once you feel confident, you can move up to higher-stakes tables at your own pace.
Another advantage of playing Baccarat at alibaba88 is its specially designed bonus system. There is a dedicated cashback bonus for live casino players of up to 12% every week for VIP members. A daily Baccarat rebate is also available – even when you do not win, a portion of your losses is returned as credits. This reduces your overall risk and adds more value to every MYR you put into the game.
On the payments side, alibaba88 supports all major payment methods in Malaysia – deposits and withdrawals are available via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks). Baccarat winnings are processed in under 5 minutes during normal hours, and no longer than 30 minutes during peak times. No hidden withdrawal fees.
Alibaba88 also offers a fully optimised mobile Baccarat experience. The touch interface has been redesigned for phone screens — large betting buttons, clear card displays, and a road map that's easy to read even on smaller screens. Play on the go, during a break, or from the comfort of home.
No strategy guarantees a 100% win rate, but the right approach can help you manage your bankroll more wisely. Here are some popular methods within the alibaba88 player community.
Remember: All these strategies are designed to manage risk, not guarantee winnings. Play within limits you are comfortable with and enjoy the game as entertainment. alibaba88 encourages all members to play responsibly.
